Rent-a-Tent

Rent-a-Tent rents fully furnished bungalows and mobile homes on campsites in various European countries.

"Already in 1994 we opted for Stratech-RCS because the program proved very suitable. The planning board function in particular is ideal. Following the acquisition of housing landlord ADE German vacations, we decided to move to the Windows version for an even better representation of the planning. In consultation with Stratech, Stratech-RCS was made suitable for this renting function and new modules were developed for optimal use.
Now that tent rental company Tentsetters is also part of Rent-a-Tent, the choice for Stratech proves to be the right one. It is easy to switch between the companies in the planning board without moving to another workstation. The excellent link with the Internet enables us to work quickly and efficiently," says Mrs Gersen, owner of Rent-a-Tent.

Adding a location
To add a location, select the desired option first. Next you enter the information that applies.

IP address location
Enter the IP address of the computer.
IP addresses locations
Enter the range of IP addresses. Enter the lowest (From) and highest (To) number of the range.
Validity
Select the period during which the IP address can be used to log on to the central database server. If you select a limited duration, it will become valid at the moment of registration.

Turning of the location security
When you have registered IP addresses and switch off the location security at any given time, the IP addresses entered will remain saved. When you re-enable the security, the registered IP addresses are available once more.
