ASP Adventure is an agency that offers visitors outdoor adventure activities in which apart from pleasure, 'discovery' plays a central role. The programs encourage people to discover the unknown. The visitor will discover what the individual and group qualities and limitations are. This experience can contribute to a new conviction of himself, others and nature.
In order to register the many visitors and be of service to them, ASP Adventure had to purchase a new reservation and booking system. Our choice for Stratech-DPL was, among other, decided by the specialist knowledge Stratech has within the recreation industry and the ability to think along constructively on made-to-measure solutions. Because of the friendly and professional support during and after the implementation process, we are still very satisfied with Stratech-DPL. The system has led to more efficient processes, reduction of errors, less workload and a better customer service.
All in all we have been using various modules of Stratech DPL very intensely and to our full satisfaction for three years now, and in cooperation with Stratech products have been continuously improved and new products developed, says Mr Remeijers of ASP Adventure.
