Holiday park ’t Eekhoornnest

"Choosing a new reservation package is an important decision for any business. It should meet as many wishes as possible and grow with the company into the future. We are only a small park with 42 homes, 17 of which can be split up into two apartments each. There are also six houses for hire outside the park. We also use a license plate recognition system and the houses are equipped with Internet and a telephone. The energy readings are remotely read at the reception.”
"After careful comparison of the three major packages, we opted for Stratech. The sense of flexibility and being able and, in particular willing, to make adjustments, decided us. The desk personnel has been working with the program for some time now and it is remarkable how quickly employees have mastered the program. Being able to book via the map is great, especially because even during the telephone conversation with the customer the confirmation email can be mailed. As 50% of our guests are from abroad, it is very widely used and the timesavings, compared to our previous program, are vast.
Because the houses can be split up into 2 apartments, the clustering module is very important to us. In the next year we hope Stratech will be able to process the Internet connection, the telephone costs, the energy readings and licence plates, which again saves a lot of time.
