Subsidy Management Application Stratech-SBA

Subsidies for municipalities are an important tool in realising policy targets. Their social and financial importance is great. As a subsidy provider, you have to promote a legitimate and effective use of subsidies.

Legitimate, because every applicant for a subsidy needs to know when he or she is eligible, and what rules apply.
Effective so that a municipality can quickly and wisely decide on the applications and implement these decisions adequately. This will also demand more of the appropriate computer support.

The Stratech-SBA software is designed to provide you with this support during the subsidy processes. Stratech-SBA is flexible and user friendly. This software enables you to follows the subsidy process in relation to the applicable regulations. The package supports the legitimate provision with an effective subsidy process and an effective subsidy as a result in the light of your policy objectives.

    Modules

All Stratech applications have a modular structure. Stratech-SBA can be set up in such a manner that it fully supports your own subsidy process. And this without any concessions to your process or the standard software.

Of course the Stratech-SBA software dovetails with your current applications.

     Financial application. It is possible to link Stratech-SBA to your existing financial application. 
           This means that the granting of subsidies no longer needs to be incorporated separately into 
           your financial records. The probability of error decreases and duplicate input of information is 
           prevented.
     Document Management System. This module connects Stratech-SBA to your existing 
           document management system (DMS). The documents generated by Stratech (decision, 
           subsidy, correspondence etc) are automatically stored within the existing DMS. This fully 
           complies with the prescribed laws and regulations and the documents are retrievable both in 
           Stratech-SBA and the central document management system.
     Internet Integration. Stratech-SBA is fully prepared for the increasing digitisation. It is 
           possible to digitally deliver the request with the necessary information and foundations. The 
           application is read directly into the Stratech-SBA software and can, if so desired, be assigned 
           directly to an employee.

Adding a location
To add a location, select the desired option first. Next you enter the information that applies.

IP address location
Enter the IP address of the computer.
IP addresses locations
Enter the range of IP addresses. Enter the lowest (From) and highest (To) number of the range.
Validity
Select the period during which the IP address can be used to log on to the central database server. If you select a limited duration, it will become valid at the moment of registration.

Turning of the location security
When you have registered IP addresses and switch off the location security at any given time, the IP addresses entered will remain saved. When you re-enable the security, the registered IP addresses are available once more.
