Subsidy Management Application Stratech-ESF

The Netherlands has many subsidy schemes. Under the European Social Fund (ESF) the scheme for the period 2007-2013 has taken effect. This ESF scheme has three substantive priorities. The first priority is to increase the labour supply. For this purpose one a concrete action (A) has been formulated. The second priority is to increase the adaptability of people and organisation. This priority is divided into two actions (B and C). Finally, there is priority 3, including the actions D and E.

The administration around a subsidy project is often complex and time intensive. It is also difficult to understand the various projects. With the Stratech-ESF software, Stratech is offering the solution to move the applications for ESF subsidies, the administration and the reporting on the progress of the ESF projects in the right direction and thus take work from your hands.

With the Stratech-ESF software you have an indispensable tool for applying for, managing, monitoring and implementing the new ESF 2007-2013 scheme. More information on the 2007-2013 ESF subsidies can be found on the website of the Agency of Social Affairs and Employment.

    Modules

The Stratech-ESF application is completely built according to the actions in the new ESF2007-2013 regulation. Thus you can conform relatively simply to the requirements of the Ministry of Social Affairs (SWZ) Agency, and the complexity of keeping a correct and uniform project administration is reduced to a minimum.

Stratech-ESF is available in two versions, an applicant and a cluster version. Of course the software dovetails with your current applications. 

     Financial application. It is possible to link Stratech-ESF to your existing financial application. 
           This means that the granting of subsidies no longer needs to be incorporated separately into 
           your financial records. The probability of error decreases and duplicate input of information is 
           prevented. 
     Document Management System. This module connects Stratech-ESF to your existing 
           document management system. The documents generated by Stratech are automatically stored 
           in the existing document management system. This makes the documents retrievable in both 
           Stratech-ESF and the central document management system.

Adding a location
To add a location, select the desired option first. Next you enter the information that applies.

IP address location
Enter the IP address of the computer.
IP addresses locations
Enter the range of IP addresses. Enter the lowest (From) and highest (To) number of the range.
Validity
Select the period during which the IP address can be used to log on to the central database server. If you select a limited duration, it will become valid at the moment of registration.

Turning of the location security
When you have registered IP addresses and switch off the location security at any given time, the IP addresses entered will remain saved. When you re-enable the security, the registered IP addresses are available once more.
