Thanks to the modular design of the client tracking system, we, together with you, will make sure the system fully comply with your wishes and requirements. Stratech-CVS can be combined with the following modules:
The Participation Ladder. In order to support the various municipalities with the introduction
of the participation ladder, Stratech has developed the new module 'The Participation Ladder'.
The target of this new functionality is to provide a simple, automated way to use the
participation ladder, without having to diverge from an 'own' ladder that is already in use. On
basis of the automatically determined rung, the SRG position is directly filled in and revised. This
provides you with a large profit of time because the manual changing of the SRG position is no
longer necessary.
Law Investing in Youth (WIJ). Stratech-CVS is fully attuned to this recent law change and
offers the possibility to execute the new rules and regulations on these trajectories. The
following of the client’s goal achievements and aim for results stands here central. Stratech-CVS
makes it possible for the case managers to guide the clients. In a simple manner all necessary
data of the youth are registered.
Matching. To connect your clients with available jobs based on their CV and specific skills. The
measurable match (percentage) provides an overview of the functions for which the client is
most suitable. The availability of alternative functions is shown as well.
Workflow Management. This ensures that work is structured, because processes and
definitions are fixed. Searching for data and documents is no longer necessary because the
information inside Workflow is always available.
Work Profile. This module registers the complete diagnosis of influx customers. This offers you
every possibility to segment and match. Furthermore, you always have insight in the structure
of your customer file.
Civic Integration Act. As the first computer firm Stratech is delivering the Civic Integration
Act module to municipalities. We have been doing this since December 2006. This module is
adapted to the new Civic Integration Act that has become effective since January 1, 2007.
Many municipalities are already using the current Stratech-CVS modules WIN and Oudkomers.
With the new module Civic Integration Act you can record all commitments the new law imposes
on municipalities. This includes new tasks such as enforcement and penalties.
The module is directly linked to the database of IB-groep Groningen. You can consult he
potential stock of civic integration candidates (inburgeraars, BPI) from Stratech CVS consult, as
well as the Information System Integration (ISI).
Blik op Werk (View on Work). As a municipality, social work or reintegration company, you
can distinguish yourself with the Blik op Werk (View on Work) Quality Mark. With the quality label
you can offer a quality guarantee to the UWV (Employee Insurance Schemes Implementing
Body), job seekers and employers. With the label you profile yourself towards your target
groups as a company that has satisfied customers and meets the agreed results. For clients and
jobseekers, the label will help choose a company that stands for quality.
Mandatory Fields. In order to prevent fields inside Stratech-CVS being filled in partially,
incorrectly, or not at all by a variety of users, Stratech has developed the new functionality
Mandatory Fields. This functionality makes sure that you can indicate which fields are, at that
moment in the work process, relevant for the appropriate employees. You decide yourself which
fields are selected for this.
